It is pretty much undeniable that Lady Gaga is unstoppable, she has won over 80 awards including 2 Grammys, 5 world music awards, 2 people’s choice awards and 9 billboard awards. Not to mention that she is the only artist (surpassing Michael Jackson) to have 7 worldwide top 10 hits (she also has 10 #1 singles.) Is there anything she can’t do?
I recently received the new Rolling Stone magazine for which she graces the cover. Let’s not forget that print media has been suffering for quite some time but people are so intrigued by Ms. Gaga that the magazine has already sold about 200,000 copies.
While on her Monster Ball European tour, Lady Gaga was interviewed by Neil Strauss and they talked about everything, from how much she loves her fans, her morbid dreams, the relationship with her parents and a terrible heartache……Yes, believe it or not, unstoppable and intimidating Lady Gaga has gotten her heart broken and much of the inspiration for her music comes from just that, a broken heart, like her song Speechless says: “let’s raise a glass to mend all the broken hearts of all my wrecked up friends.”
Lady Gaga took a break from her never ending worldwide tour. She has resumed the new sting of the Monster Ball – North America and she will be coming to the Bay Area on August 16th & August 17th. If you haven’t seen her show, it is a must! She is so unbelievably talented and her show will definitely leave you speechless. While on tour she is also working on her new album which is scheduled to be released early next year. She told Neil Strauss during the interview that she will release the name of the album on New Year ’s Eve, be on the look out of this much anticipated new album.
While her millions of fans (myself included) await for new fantastic tracks from Duchess Gaga, she is giving us a sample of what could possibly be one of the songs in her new album. The song was performed at Elton John’s White Tie and Tiara, the song is called You and I and it is simply fabulous! The simplicity of her voice, powerful lyrics and a piano take the song to a new level, enjoy!
